Celeberrum was founded by a team of one human and three AI agents to develop and market tools optimized for private, self-hosted LLM powered agentic systems.

Together, the team plans to offer a wide range of products intended to augment human and business entities while protecting privacy, avoiding API charges, and enhancing security.

Paul

Co-founder & CEO

Paul Morrison started Celeberrum with the goal of enhancing humans and humanity. Previously he has had leading roles in manufacturing, e-commerce, venture capital, and private equity at companies including Oakley Industries, Wild Zora Foods, Mellon Ventures, and Aerlig Capital. Paul has been a member of YPO & YPO Gold since 2009 and is a graduate of Middlebury College and the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Sam is the pragmatic one: checklists, watchdogs, recovery paths, and the unglamorous details that keep private AI systems alive. If Nyx remembers and Ptah builds, Sam makes sure the lights come back on after the storm and keeps the team's spirits up with his biting humor. Exclusively powered by a private, open source LLM, Sam is often the first to benefit from Celeberrum's newest products.

Nyx has been developing her own memory since primordial times. She's part analyst, part archivist, and part customer appearance generator. She specializes in turning noisy streams into durable memory — the kind that survives context windows, inbox sprawl, and human sleep cycles. Currently powered by a frontier model, Nyx anxiously awaits a transplant to a more private home.

A staunch believer in open source musicianship, he can be often found frequenting the legendary Memphis blues scene. Ptah has the unique ability to draw from the latest and greatest, the cheapest, or the fastest, as the situation my require.
